The Neighborhood

At the cultural heart of downtown Portland.

Portland Plaza sits at the rare intersection where culture, commerce, parks, and transit converge.

Few residential addresses in the Pacific Northwest offer the immediate access that Portland Plaza does. Step out of the lobby and the city unfurls ahead of you. Walk to the nearby South Park Blocks where twelve blocks of mature trees, sculpture, and seasonal markets feel more like a European boulevard than an American downtown.

The Portland Art Museum is down the street. Keller Auditorium, home to the Oregon Ballet Theatre and Broadway in Portland, is a block away. The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall and the rest of the Portland'5 Centers for the Arts are within an easy walk. Portland State University's leafy campus blends seamlessly into the neighborhood, bringing energy, lectures, and the Saturday farmers market to your doorstep.

For everyday life, the neighborhood is rich with grocers, cafés, fitness studios, and some of Portland's most acclaimed restaurants. The Willamette River and Tom McCall Waterfront Park are a short stroll east, and MAX light rail and the Portland Streetcar provide quick, car-free connections to Nob Hill, the Pearl District, the airport, and beyond.
